Dr. Sarven Hacikian is a dedicated and highly skilled dentist who has made nurturing beautiful, healthy smiles his life’s work. As a founding doctor at Sky Dental Care in Forest Hills, Dr. Hacikian leads with a combination of technical excellence, compassionate care, and a commitment to patient education.
I met my lovely wife Dr. Bostanci during my first day of orientation at New York University College of Dentistry in 1998. On this journey through our career and life, we jumped in together and managed to continue and grow our professional and personal lives together. I always knew I wanted to have a career in dentistry, but before attending dental school, I went to St. John’s University for my undergrad and majored in mathematics.
I then worked in the city as a risk analyst for a bank and realized that my passion was still dentistry. Because I was good with my hands and wanted to put my talent into creating things, I enrolled in NYU and started my career path. We have been at Sky Dental Care, originally known as Five Star Dental, for more than ten years now.
After graduating in 2002 from NYU College of Dentistry, I went on to complete my residency at Kings County Medical center in Brooklyn. I then moved on to work in Gramercy Park, Manhattan before opening up my lovely, family-oriented practice in 2006 in Forest Hills. The location is perfect, the patients are lovely, and we’ve put all our energy into expanding our business.
